Eligible Returns

Returns and refund requests are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged or different from the item ordered, subject to assessment and applicable consumer law.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, except where required by law.

Clear photos may be requested for review.
Items should be unworn and returned with original tags where reasonably possible.
Approved returns must be posted to our Australian returns address.
