02 / Tops & Sports Bras

Upper Body Fit

For sports bras, crop tops, fitted tops and tanks, use your bust measurement as the primary sizing reference.

Size	Bust CM	Bust IN
XS	75–80	29.5–31.5
S	80–85	31.5–33.5
M	85–90	33.5–35.4
L	90–96	35.4–37.8
XL	96–105	37.8–41.3

Sports bras & fitted tops: choose your usual size for a sculpted fit. If you prefer less compression or fall between sizes, consider sizing up.

03 / Bottoms

Leggings, Shorts & Skirts

For leggings, shorts, tennis skirts and other fitted bottoms, use your waist and hip measurements to determine your size.

Size	Waist CM	Waist IN	Hips CM	Hips IN
XS	60–65	23.6–25.6	80–85	31.5–33.5
S	65–70	25.6–27.6	85–90	33.5–35.4

XL	80–85	31.5–33.5	100–105	39.4–41.3

Leggings & compression bottoms: select your usual size for a close, sculpted fit. For a softer or more relaxed fit, consider the next size up.

Description

MOTION THEORY TANK TOP & Flare Pant Set

A study in proportion, movement and clean form. MOTION THEORY pairs a minimal scoop-neck bra with high-rise flared pants, balancing a compact upper silhouette against a long, fluid lower line.

The fitted bra keeps the upper body streamlined with a softly rounded neckline and clean shoulder line. The coordinating pants sit high through the waist, follow the hips and upper leg, then gradually release into a full-length flare.

Designed across soft neutrals, butter yellow, earthy brown, deep green and black, MOTION THEORY brings a refined colour-block-free simplicity to Pilates, yoga, studio movement and everyday styling.

Signature Details

Two-piece bra and flare pant set
Soft scoop neckline
Wide shoulder straps
Minimal cropped upper silhouette
High-rise pant waist
Close fit through the hips and upper leg
Gradual full-length flare
Clean monochromatic finish

Form Above

The bra is intentionally restrained. Its scoop neckline, wider straps and close cropped shape create a clean frame through the upper body, allowing the proportions of the flare pant to become the visual focus.

Motion Below

The high-rise pants begin with a streamlined fit through the waist, hips and thigh before gradually widening toward the floor. The flare introduces movement into an otherwise minimal silhouette, creating a longer and more fluid visual line.

Fabric & Feel

Smooth and flexible with comfortable stretch designed to move naturally with the body. The fitted areas maintain a close, streamlined profile while the lower flare creates a freer finish through the leg.

Designed For

Pilates · Yoga · Barre · Studio Movement · Walking · Everyday Athleisure

One Set. Different Theory.

Keep both pieces together for a continuous tonal silhouette or break the formula entirely. Pair the bra with cycling shorts or leggings, then style the flare pants with a fitted tank, long-sleeve crop or relaxed layer for an off-studio look.

Fit

Designed for a close fit through the upper body, waist, hips and upper leg before transitioning into a gradual flare. Please refer to the individual bra and pant measurements in the size guide before selecting your size.

Form meets motion. ERAFITT

Model
